The Kingdom Under Fire series are one of the best strategy games that have hit the Xbox. Now Phantagram along with Blueside has announced that a true sequel to the Kingdom Under Fire series is coming soon. The game is expected to be in the MMOARTS (massively multiplayer online action real-time strategy) genre.
Sejung Kim, Chief Executive Officer, Blueside explains, “We are preparing for an enormous game that will feature not only field battles, but also titanic siege engines and thousands of units that will swarm over monstrous fortresses in siege battles of epic proportions.”
Kingdom Under Fire II will have three factions, one is the Human Alliance, and the other is the Dark Kingdom. However, a third mysterious new addition has also been included in the game. It will also feature a single-player campaign along with a deep storyline. The game is expected to have amazing graphics.
Kingdom Under Fire II is scheduled to be out in 2009. The MMOARTS will be coming on the PC and consoles. However, they have not mentioned the consoles the game is expected to be out on. An action role playing spin-off, Kingdom Under Fire: Circle of Doom has already been released for the Xbox 360.
