About Heatseeker:

With over 18 land and sea based missions to complete, gamers will be pulling face-melting loops over and under bridges, screaming in low under the radar blanket and protecting allied fleets, all whilst facing an apparently unbeatable number of enemies both on the ground and in the air. Teeming with more aircraft in the sky than any of the leading competitors, Heatseeker is the definitive in blackout-inducing, close quarters aerial combat.

Air superiority can only be accomplished with the most advanced aerial weapons and Heatseeker has it all. Gamers can choose between 60 different weapons packs that include everything from radar-guided missiles to rocket propelled torpedoes to take out the opposition. Ultimate carnage can even be reigned down upon hapless foes with the power of nuclear-tipped cruise missiles.

Heatseeker is a joint development project between Codemasters and Australian studio IR Gurus, who have made the highly praised historic air combat title, Heroes of the Pacific. The game will release today for the Sony PS2 and Nintendo Wii while a PSP version will release later in 2007.
