Bethesda Softworks and 2K have announced The Elder Scrolls IV: Shivering Isles, the official expansion for ‘The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion’ is now shipping to retail stores throughout North America. Xbox 360 gamers can download the Shivering Isles via the Xbox Live.
Shivering Isles Overview:
- The Shivering Isles features a bizarre landscape split between the two sides, Mania and Dementia, filled with vast, twisting dungeons mirroring the roots of the trees they are buried within. You will encounter more than a dozen new creatures including gruesome insects, Flesh Atronachs, skeletal Shambles, and amphibious Grummites. Throughout your adventure, you will find out all new items, ingredients, spells, and much more. On the other hand, you can have the talented artisans of Crucible and Bliss create new armor and weapons just for you.
The Elder Scrolls IV: Shivering Isles will have more than 30 hours of new gameplay and will let gamers explore an entirely new plane of Oblivion, the realm of Sheogorath, the Daedric Prince of Madness. The expansion pack for the PC is priced at $29.99 (approx. Rs. 1330) while the Xbox 360 version costs 2400 Microsoft points, that is $30. So now, more gameplay for all the Oblivion fans who were waiting desperately for the expansion pack!
