It’s not even six months since the release of the game and EA comes up with a new C&C 3 expansion pack! Electronic Arts (EA) has announced Command & Conquer 3: Kane’s Wrath, which is a new expansion pack for their real time strategy (RTS) game, that sees Kane at the center of an epic new single player campaign.
Gamers will experience a new story that spans two decades, from the rebirth of the Brotherhood of Nod after the Second Tiberium War through the remarkable events of the Third Tiberium War and beyond. Joe Kucan will reprise his role as Kane, the megalomaniacal leader of the Brotherhood of Nod. This time, the story will be told from a new set of high-definition live action video sequences that will feature Kucan as well as other actors whose details will be revealed later.
Also, Command & Conquer 3: Kane’s Wrath will include a new tactical layer to gameplay, which will let gamers set up bases, put together customized armies and assault their enemies on a global scale. They can then dive into the frantic strategic combat where their skills as a commander will make the difference in battle. Six new sub-factions along with a wealth of new units, structures, and powers to the armies of the Global Defence Initiative, the Brotherhood of Nod, and the enigmatic alien Scrin will be introduced in the expansion pack. There is something for the consoles users too as the Xbox 360 version of Command & Conquer 3: Kane’s Wrath will come with a new radial interface designed specifically for console gamers. This will let gamers makes use of the command stick to build, deploy, and attack.

Command & Conquer 3: Kane’s Wrath is being developed at EALA and is expected to release for the Xbox 360 and the PC in Spring 2008.
