Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards Coming on European VC

Kirby on Wii VC Nintendo is doing things very differently these days as the number of games that they release on the Virtual Console, American or European, is decreasing rapidly. This week, the European VC gets only one game! Nintendo has sent word that Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards will be up on the European Virtual Console.

Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards debuted on the Nintendo 64 in 2001. The game is the first 3D adventure that Kirby appeared in. The adventure game sees Kirby lend a hand to a new friend mark out all the pieces of a precious, shattered crystal. Gamers will have to make the most of Kirby’s exceptional copy ability and gulp down enemies to imitate their abilities, or mix and match them to find out dozens of new Kirby powers. The game will also have three exciting mini-games, which can be played with up to three other players.

Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards has been priced at 1000 Wii Points. The game will join the list of 193 classic titles already available in the European Virtual Console. Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards was released a few days ago on the American VC.
