Last week, we reported Nintendo’s new releases for the Wii and DSi in the US. Now, gamers in the UK can augment their Wii and DSi gaming libraries with five new titles. This week, the WiiWare service will include Dive: The Medes Islands Secret and Family Pirate Party while DSiWare is ready to enhance gaming experience with Crystal Monsters, Mega Words and Puffins: Let’s Race!
Wii gamers can now unlock Dive: The Medes Island Secret and Family Pirate Party for the Wii. Stepping into the shoes of John Sanders, players can explore missing merchant boats, pirate ships and navy vessels which were walloped by the oceans across the globe. Dive: The Medes Island Secret will also allow gamers to unleash several buried mysteries as they discover the lost ships.
Family Pirate Party will showcase Daddy, Mummy, Sarah and Billy as pirates gliding through the seas and skies. Cruising to different islands, gamers can collect treasures and the person who gathers maximum amount of gold at the end will become the winner. Players can indulge in this multiplayer title with either their three friends or the CPU. Enriched with cel-shaded graphics and endearing music, the game will extend a delightful experience to gamers.
Crystal Monsters will enable gamers to raise monsters in the role of a Neo-Seed. They can collect over 160 monsters to become the greatest Monster Breeder and train them to triumph in varied intense battles. Whereas, Puffins: Let’s Race! sets a contest which will present the title of the Fastest Flyer to puffins with the most rapid pace. Enabling multiplayer gameplay with up to three friends via local wireless connection, gamers can choose from four different game modes on eight diverse tracks.
DSi owners can also decipher hundreds of puzzles in Mega Words. The game offers three classic riddles dubbed Word Scrambler, Anagram Hunt and Hangman in the puzzle pack. Embedded with extensive dictionaries, both beginners and expert players are said to derive immense gratification from this title.
Gamers in the UK can download these titles directly from the Wii Shop Channel or Nintendo DSi Shop by trading their Nintendo Points.
