Nintendo has whipped up a delicious treat for Wii owners as they head towards the holiday season. This week, Robox and Gene Labs expand the Wii library of titles while Street Slam wades its way to the Virtual Console.
Published by DreamBox Games, Robox has been noted to be an action-adventure title which enables players to unravel mysteries of an unknown planet. In the game, a squad is assigned with the mission to investigate the disappearance of previous probe teams while gathering valuable information. Released in 1994, this 3-on-3 street basketball game allows them to select from amongst 10 teams. These sides will have to contend for the position of the strongest team in America as their players flaunt smooth skills and execute fancy slam dunks. Designed with simple controls, it enables gamers to score at a rapid pace while the title blends the fundamentals of the sport with unique moves.
