Nyko Technologies has been persistently developing its own version of controllers and other accessories for the Nintendo Wii, and earlier we reported on the Action and Core wand packs from the company. Now we have word that Nyko Technologies has announced that the best selling Wand controller is now available in four vibrant colours; pink, purple, black and blue. These colours are added to the existing white coloured Wand giving Wii gamers more choice and freedom.
“We’re rolling out new colors for the Wand just in time for the holidays,” stated Chris Arbogast, Marketing Director, Nyko Technologies. “We want consumers to have high quality and fun alternatives to the standard controller options, and the new color Wands will bring a variety of choices and splashes of color into the game room.”
These new coloured Wands feature the same quality and durability as the predecessor and can be used to give a personal touch to your Wii gaming experience. The pink, purple and blue Wands have matching buttons, while the black one has a striking red ‘A’ button giving the controller a bold look.
Each Wand controller comes with a matching silicone jacket, and all the four controllers feature Nyko’s Trans-Port technology allowing compatible peripherals to communicate digitally with the Wands. The new Wand controllers are available from Walmart for 29.99 USD (approx. Rs. 1,390) and will be available from other retailers soon.
