Now Engadget reports that the official Chinavasion site is offering a semi-legal two-tone balance board, called the CVSN-G41 Wii Light Balance Board for the Wii.

CVSN-G41 Balance Board

The CVSN-G41 Wii Light Balance Board looks very much like the Wii Balance Board, but it has blue colored grip pads and blue corners, adding variety to the gadget. The Balance Board supports a maximum weight of 136 kg or 300 pounds, and requires 4 AA size batteries, not included with the purchase. The board also features LEDs that light up to the action.

The CVSN-G41 Balance Board for the Wii home video game console is completely wireless and costs about 68 USD each (approx. Rs. 3,370), as compared to the actual Wii Fit bundle which costs about 90 USD (approx. Rs. 4,460). The board makes for a good replacement if you have broken your Wii Balance Board, or want another one.
