One of the popular anime to hit the scene in the last few years is The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. It debuted two years ago. There have been video games based on Haruhi Suzumiya but they have been announced for the PlayStation consoles. A Wii version was also revealed later.
Now gaming news site Silicon Era is reporting that now there will be two games based on Haruhi Suzumiya for the Nintendo Wii. The game, which is called as Suzumiya Haruhi no Heiretsu (or The Arrangement of Haruhi Suzumiya), will be an adventure game. It joins the Suzumiya Haruhi no Gekido (or The Startling Shock of Haruhi Suzumiya), the forthcoming game by Kadokawa Shoten.
There is even a DS game based on Haruhi Suzumiya, which will be out next year. Suzumiya Haruhi no Heiretsu for the Nintendo Wii is expected to be launched in spring 2009. As for the The Startling Shock of Haruhi Suzumiya game, it will release before these two games are launched.
