Rarely does Nintendo bring out Japanese games on the American Virtual Console. But it seems to be a luck week for the American Wii gamers as Nintendo has sent word that DoReMi Fantasy: Milon’s DokiDoki Adventure and Puyo Puyo 2: Tsuu will be up on the American VC this week.
Details of the game on the American VC:
First up, we have DoReMi Fantasy: Milon’s DokiDoki Adventure, an action game that was released on the Super Nintendo Entertaining System. It is about an energetic boy named Milon, who has set off on a big adventure in an endearing fairy-tale world. He has to set free his abducted friend with his bubble shooter as his only weapon and also recover five legendary instruments and stars by defeating Amon’s minions.
The other game is Puyo Puyo 2: Tsuu. The main aim of the game is to clear the grid of falling patterns called puyos by forming chains of four or more same-colored puyos in a straight line or one of numerous geometric patterns. The two-player contest in Puyo Puyo 2 is quite challenging as when the chain of puyos from the grid, a random piece of filler drops into the opponent’s grid.
DoReMi Fantasy: Milon’s DokiDoki Adventure and Puyo Puyo 2: Tsuu are up on the Wii Virtual Console. Both these games come with a price tag of 900 Wii Points each. It is good to see a head-to-head puzzle game like Puyo Puyo 2: Tsuu on the American VC.
