“Boogie” for Nintendo Wii Announced by Electronic Arts (EA)

Electronic Arts (EA) has announced Boogie, an all new intellectual property. The title is an exceptional music/rhythm-based game that exploits the innovative Wii controls to get gamers off their couch, playing and dancing to a new beat.

    Boogie will have gamers dancing, singing and starring in their own music videos. Players can also choose and customize different characters in the game to best show off their dancing style and karaoke skills. With innovative gameplay that perfectly matches the unique Wii controls, Boogie is the ultimate videogame party package.

Boogie for Nintendo Wii is being developed by EA’s Montreal studio and is expected to release anytime in 2007. The game promises to be a great one, it does look innovative and EA Montreal has a good reputation as it has previously churned out hits like SSX Blur and Army of Two.
