What’s being described by it maker to be a simple, yet robust painting application has landed on the eShop through this week’s Nintendo downloadable games. Other offerings that are live now include a WiiWare named TNT Racers, as well as a DSiWare called Penguin Patrol. The Nintendo Video service also gets updated with a new clip named The Rifle’s Spiral by the band, The Shins.
In Colors! 3D, users of the 3DS will be able to create and view their own 3D paintings. Said to suit everyone from serious artists to aimless doodlers, this application also lets users access the Colors! 3D gallery, where they can share and watch the works of other artists from all over the world. And the local wireless capabilities of the 3DS even allow them to paint together with their friends on a shared canvas.
Next in this week’s list of Nintendo downloadable games is the WiiWare named TNT Racers which was also launched on PSN this January. It is basically a racing game with a range of different features that include fourteen pick-ups and other such traits. A total of twelve tracks and forty five challenges form part of the game. Moreover, online multiplayer matches are available to be jumped into.
Penguin Patrol features a bunch of baby penguins having been placed on thin ice by an evil walrus. Players must now rescue them by making their way through seventy five puzzling levels, while meeting a variety of different penguins such as the stubborn Bratty Penguin and the sleepy Fatty Penguin.
The Colors! 3D application from this week’s Nintendo downloadable games sells exclusively on the eShop at a price of 6.99 USD (approx. Rs. 360). Penguin Patrol is available on the DSi Shop as well as the eShop at 200 Points and 1.99 USD (approx. Rs. 100), respectively. On the other hand, TNT Racers can be purchased through the Wii Shop Channel at 1000 Points.
