Face Kart: Photo Finish and Pet Zombies in 3D by Majesco Entertainment

It seems that any video game offering by Majesco Entertainment which revitalized two titles in the frolicking Serious Sam series, can’t even be faintly insipid. The publisher is now revealing two new fun-filled games for the newly launching Nintendo 3DS systems, dubbed Face Kart: Photo Finish and Pet Zombies in 3D, both anticipated to release later this year.

Even though petting zombies might not appear as a pleasurable act that would invoke feelings of joy and satisfaction, Pet Zombies will allow players to breathe life into their own personalized zombies and then care or torture them as per their liking. Illustrating creepy 3D environments with mix-and-match objects, themed backdrops and customizable music, gamers will discover new zombies in Pet Zombies in 3D and add them to their own horde of brainless creatures. Nintendo 3DS’ accelerometer can be utilized to control various activities such as rolling zombie heads through mazes. Players will also be able to earn trophies and benefit from the in-game currency system to acquire more wealth and spend in the Zombie Pet Shop.

“We’re incredibly excited about the potential of the Nintendo 3DS,” remarked Jesse Sutton, Chief Executive Officer, Majesco Entertainment. “Nintendo continues to innovate and Majesco is committed to being a leader in supporting this new device with products that offer consumers engaging and fun interactive entertainment experiences. We look forward to sharing additional Nintendo 3DS product announcements shortly.”

Face Kart: Photo Finish is the second game that Majesco has announced in ‘support for Nintendo 3DS’. It will capture photos of players’ faces via the Nintendo 3DS camera and paste them onto custom 3D racers, power-ups and billboards. Face Kart: Photo Finish is an arcade styled kart racer where players tilt and turn their devices to govern their photo-customized cars across 20 original race tracks. Each avatar will reportedly offer one hundred choices in eyewear, clothing and hair as well as cars that will also be customizable by fine tuning and other tweaks.

Pet Zombies in 3D and Face Kart: Photo Finish for Nintendo 3DS are likely to hit store shelves sometime in fall this year.
