Square Enix has announced that they will be releasing Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Echoes Of Time in Europe and other PAL territories in March this year. The game will be only for the Nintendo DS and Wii.
Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Echoes Of Time will be the world’s first cross platform multiplayer adventure as both Nintendo DS and Wii owners will be able to play against each other. Up to 4 players can join in the adventure from the same platform or from both the Nintendo platforms. The game features advanced 3D graphics and players from different platforms can connect to play using the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection mode.
We had earlier reported on the Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Echoes Of Time in which a mysterious ‘crystal sickness’ grips a small village. The hero steps up to find a cure only to discover that the crystals no longer exist and are merely remnants of the past.

Players are offered the choice of over 300 different items and costume combinations to add to the fun and they can play in English, French, German or Spanish. Players can add their own custom phrases to the long list of phrases available to make communication easy in multiplayer mode. The game is expected to retail at about 39.99 USD (approx. Rs. 1,955).
