Microsoft India serves up 3 Xbox 360 bundles for Diwali

Microsoft India has announced that it will be offering the Xbox 360 console in three new bundles for this festive season. The new packs will be available for purchase starting tomorrow through retail stores accompanied by various goodies such as the Kinect sensor and free games including the latest FIFA 14 title from EA that’s currently retailing for Rs 3,499.

The first bundle on the list is essentially the Xbox 360 4GB Kinect package which is originally tagged at Rs 26,990, but is retailing for around Rs 24,099 through online outlets. This one comes with 3 free games which include Kinect Adventures plus Disneyland, either YourShape Fitness Evolved 2013 or Fruit Ninja and Forza Motorsport 4 combo. It also carries a physical copy of FIFA 14.

Next up is the Core bundle which basically gets you a 250GB version of the Xbox 360, a Darksiders II game DVD and free tokens for downloading three popular titles, namely Batman Arkham City, Halo Reach and Gears of War 3. This package is tagged at Rs 24,990.

Additionally, if you get the 250GB console with the Kinect sensor for Rs 34,990, the company will throw in a full version of Minecraft which is downloadable, as well as Kinect Adventures, Dance Central 2 and Kinect Sports 1. There’s no word on when the Xbox One will reach India, but Sony’s PS4 should arrive during the holiday season as pre-orders for the console have already been started.

According to Microsoft, the bundles go on sale starting tomorrow. And while no end date for the promo has been given, we expect it to run through December.
