Moreover, this platform will also receive the Jewel of the Nile campaign expansion along with the title’s multiplayer versus modes like Deathmatch, Capture the Flag, Last Team Standing and My Burden on the day of its launch. They will all be downloadable in the form of a bundle which will be doled out in exchange of 1200 Microsoft Points. This is the same price as that of the game.

The XBLA version features 25 achievements, multiple leaderboards as well as local split-screen co-op. Davor Hunski, who’s the chief creative head at developer Croteam, has revealed that fans of the series have been asking to port the game to the Xbox 360 ever since it was announced for the first time. Its initial release came for PC in November last year, while its Mac version was launched in April 2012.

As mentioned above, gamers will be able to download Serious Sam 3: BFE via XBLA on October 17 at a price of 1200 Microsoft Points. Its publisher has clarified that they had to bundle its multiplayer versus modes with the Jewel of the Nile DLC because the game wouldn’t have fit within the Xbox Live Arcade file size limit otherwise.
