Kinect Adventures uses full body motion allowing players to engage in a collection of five adventure and sports minigames. These consist of 20,000 Leaks, River Rush, Rally Ball, Reflex Ridge and Space Pop. It was released alongside the Kinect sensor as a launch game for the peripheral in November last year.

On the other hand, Fruit Ninja Kinect was outed on August 10, 2011 and is based on the well-liked smartphone game which involves slicing fruits that keep popping up on the screen. It is currently available for purchase via Xbox Live at 800 Microsoft Points.

The Gunstringer is the most recent among the three, having launched in September this year. This third person shooter allows gamers to control the character’s movement with their left hand, while the right hand is used to aim and fire the gun.

The Kinect sensor has managed to grab considerable popularity among Xbox 360 gamers ever since its release in November last year. Star Wars fans might remember the delay suffered by the much awaited Kinect Star Wars bundle which is now planned for a 2012 release

Microsoft is currently offering the Kinect Holiday bundle for gamers in North America through major retailers at a price of 149.99 USD (approx. Rs. 7,391).
