Microsoft Announces Special Edition Xbox 360 250GB with Kinect

Some time ago, we reported about the possibility of a 250GB Xbox 360 Kinect bundle surfacing in the market. Seemingly, these rumors which walloped the gaming circuit have turned out to be true. Microsoft has announced that Special Edition Xbox 360 250GB with Kinect will be rolled out for a limited period.

The Special Edition bundle will encompass the Xbox 360 250GB console, Kinect sensor and Kinect Adventures. This new pack is expected to elevate the experience which will be infused by Microsoft’s highly-anticipated offering. The included 250GB console has been draped in a glossy black texture with integrated 802.11n Wi-Fi, an internal removable 250GB hard drive and touch sensitive controls.

Gamers can advent on a controller-free trip by plugging the Kinect sensor into its dedicated port on the console. The Kinect will allow players to literally jump into action with Kinect Sports, Joy Ride and Kinectimals. It will also introduce a home trainer via Your Shape: Fitness Evolved while players can also indulge in a house party with Dance Central. In addition, Video Kinect will facilitate gamers to watch live sports, TV shows, movies and more using Sky on Xbox Live.

The Special Edition Xbox 360 250GB with Kinect will be available on November 10, 2010 for a price of 299.99 GBP (approx. Rs. 13,987).
