Yesterday we had reported that Namco Bandai Games had announced Tekken 6 would also be coming to the Xbox 360. The fighting game was earlier announced just for the PS3. Likewise, some games that were earlier slated to be PlayStation-exclusive have been released for the Xbox 360.
Now Aaron Greenberg from Microsoft has stated that third parties are shifting from the PlayStation brand to Xbox 360. Greenberg is the director of product management at Microsoft. He told Major Nelson, “I think there is been a tremendous shift. Never before in the eight years that I have been coming to TGS, this shift, frankly, from the PlayStation brand to Xbox 360 among third-party publishers.”
The Microsoft executive added that they are the platform that are bringing and growing franchises around the world. According to Aaron Greenberg, they have come a long way and mentioned that they are finally at a price the world can afford.
