Bungie had sent the games to the soldiers who were not able to go home to celebrate the holidays. Microsoft too was trying to find many beta testers for the game. It had packed the keys of the Halo 3 beta test in the Crackdown game. Nevertheless, Bungie’s idea is surely better, getting American soldiers to test the game.
