Microsoft Xbox 360 Wireless Headset With all the hype surrounding Microsoft’s HD DVD add on for the Xbox 360, there are so many accessories that are pushed to the side. One of those accessories is the Xbox 360 wireless headset. It IS an official headset from Microsoft, and not from some third party.

The Xbox 360 Wireless Headset has been designed to work with the same wireless technology that the Xbox360 controllers utilize The Wireless headset itself looks like one of those cool Bluetooth headsets that you see people using with their mobile phones.

The Xbox 360 Wireless Headset fits comfortably on either ear for optimal comfort and response.

The Microsoft Xbox 360 Wireless Headset will come out this October 31 and will retail for a price of $59.99.

The details of the Genuine Xbox 360 Wireless Headset are as follows:

  • An ergonomic design that fits comfortably on either ear, and includes a set of two removable ear grips.
  • It utilizes 2.4GHz radio technology, the same used by the wireless controllers.
  • Gamers can enjoy a range of up to 30 feet.
  • The headset will support Microsoft Voice Command for select games.
  • Up to four wireless controllers and headsets can be used simultaneously per one XBox360 console.
  • The rechargable battery will last for approximately eight hours per charge. It will also come with an AC wall adapter for quick recharging.
