Steelseries World of Warcraft wireless mouse coming soon

The SteelSeries World of Warcraft wireless mouse announced by the company lays claim to deliver an enhanced gaming experience. The device, co-designed by Blizzard Entertainment, is decorated with an 11-button layout clubbed with illumination and pulsation alternatives. Gamers can pick up the wireless mouse by Q3 this year. Featuring a next to reality experience, the gadget delivers a drag and drop interface, full button remapping, micro creation with a capacity to save an unlimited amount of game profiles.

Coated with a see-through, faintly illuminated World of Warcraft world map, the dark stone-gray, Maelstrom designed device is embedded with the rune ring and World of Warcraft logo. Each button has a silver matte finish crafted with rubberized, soft-touch coating that makes it resistant to hand-sweat providing sufficient grip. The pro-grade switches and laser sensor offer up to 8,200 CPI.

The gadget claims enhanced hardware functionality that include large top keys, discretely amended left keys and a smooth ticking scroll wheel. In addition to drag and drop features, users can program buttons with approximately 130 fixed game commands and even customize macros or use the game macro scripting language. The rune designed docking station functions as a receiver and a charger which fuels the mouse. Moreover, it supports Windows and Mac. While in use, the mouse can be simultaneously powered by connecting it to the PC.

The Steelseries World of Warcraft wireless mouse price is USD 129.99 or 129.99 euros (approx. Rs. 7,205) and it will be up for grabs at the company’s official website and select retail outlets.
