As the next iteration in the Gears of War franchise prepares for its debut, Epic Games has initiated one of the several associations which have inundated the domain lately. Mad Catz Interactive and the developer have teamed up for crafting exclusive peripherals for the much awaited Gears of War 3.

Mad Catz has obtained global rights for producing and marketing an assortment of branded headphones and other accessories for the title. After developing peripherals for the original Gears of War and Gears of War 2, the company has now flung into its lab to sculpt innovative themed products. Previously, it has designed varied offerings such as a faceplate and Console Skinz combo pack for the Xbox 360 console.
Gears of War 3 has been scheduled to release in the holiday season of 2011, stretching out another fast-paced and intense experience. The licensed Mad Catz accessories for the title will be unleashed alongside the game.
