SteelSeries Medal of Honor Headsets Unveiled for Xbox 360, PC

Last year, EA revamped and dished out its classic Medal of Honor for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. While we’ve heard bits about the next MoH title as well, SteelSeries has now unearthed licensed products for the fans of the game. Expanding its branded peripherals’ portfolio, the company has uncovered the Medal of Honor Edition SteelSeries 5Hv2 and SteelSeries Spectrum 5xb headsets for the PC and Xbox 360, respectively.

Embedded with SteelSeries’ signature features such as a retractable microphone system, these headsets have been carved out to extend refined acoustics. The construction of these devices enables gamers to dismantle it into three pieces, leveling up their portability quotient. The 5Hv2 Medal of Honor Edition headset sports a hear-through, cloth ear-cup design to render premium quality sound and comfort on the PC.

Xbox 360 gamers can plunge into a battle with the Spectrum 5xb MoH edition headset which boasts of an advanced soundscape. This allows players to identify audio emitted from different directions for putting up a fierce fight. It has been infused with the LiveMix AudioMixer for offering easy access to independent aural and voice controls. This also facilitates players to easily balance in-game acoustics while chatting with other team members during a multiplayer campaign.

The SteelSeries Spectrum 5xb and Steel Series 5Hv2 Medal of Honor Edition headsets are anticipated to hit stores in the second quarter of 2011.
