Splitfish FragFX Shark 360 for Xbox 360 Coming This August

As the curtains for the E3 2011 are about to rise, several manufacturers have been unveiling their creations. Splitfish AG has highlighted the FragFX Shark 360 controller for the Xbox 360 to infuse vigor into first person shooters on the console. What’s more, this mouse hybrid gaming controller can be paired with a PC and Mac as well.

Developed to intensify the warfare across the ravaged terrains of yet-to-be released Gears of War 3 and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, this device is plugged to be a classic blend of mouse aiming and analog stick movement. It has been designed to deliver a mouse-like FPS experience on the Xbox 360 while engineering seamless movements across the PC and Mac.

Gamers can program the analog stick counterpart as they enter their favorite FPS titles for ensuring a comprehensive adventure. The Shark 360 is said to enable gamers to aim precisely with a mouse while also extending on the fly sensitivity modification. It also boasts of functions such as turbo, button remapping, wrist flick melee and more.

Here are some specs, further detailing the product and its abilities. Powered by two AA batteries, it offers more than 50 hours of play time and over 500 hours power save standby. Other features of the device include SixAxis support, plug and play functionality and on the fly dead zone adjustment wheel.

The Splitfish FragFX Shark 360 will arrive in stores by the end of this August for the Xbox 360, PC and Mac.
