The Tiamat 7.1 offers 10 discrete drivers distributing 5 in each ear cup thus producing a 360 degree true surround sound. The control unit of this device is capable of fine-tuning the volume of every audio channel along with their position and depth. Surprise the enemy trying to creep up for a stealth kill, when you can hear their footsteps loud and clear behind you.”

On the other hand, the Tiamat 2.2 comes with 4 discrete drivers in the headset, 2 for each ear in order to tender gamers with double bass. Similar to the Tiamat 7.1, this device is mounted with leatherette ear cups. These headphones are noise-filtering and possess a unidirectional mic, a slim in-line remote and a braided fiber cable.

Both the Razer Tiamat 7.1 surround sound gaming headset and the Razer Tiamat 2.2 stereo gaming headset are supposed to ship in Q4 of this year.
