Zotac has been expanding its GeForce GTX graphics card portfolio at regular intervals with new introductions. Stretching the roster of products under this umbrella, the company has introduced the Zotac GeForce GTX 580 AMP2! Edition to churn out superior graphics along with a cooling performance.
Embedded with a custom heat-pipe heatsink, the innovation renders an enhanced performance at a low temperature without creating much noise. Its dual orange 92mm fans and a single 2.5-slot graphics card help to flash crisp images while reproducing in-game environments and characters on players’ computing systems.

Featuring 3GB DDR5 memory, the GeForce GTX 580 AMP2! Edition has been crafted to work with the latest Microsoft DirectX 11-enabled games and applications. This collaboration further refines visual presentations with detailed manifestations of up to 2560 x 1600 resolution.
The other attributes of the offering include 4100MHz memory clock, dual-link DVI-I and mini-HDMI outputs along with a PCI Express 2.0 interface. Boasting of its 512 unified shaders, it has been attuned to OpenGL 4.1 as well as Nvidia Cuda C/C++ and PhysX technologies. Besides, the GTX 580 AMP2! Edition is touted to be Nvidia SLI and 3D Vision Surround ready.
The Zotac GeForce GTX 580 AMP2! Edition has been bundled with a copy of Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood. We’ve not heard about the exact pricing and availability details of the product yet.
