Turtle Beach, manufacturer of gaming solutions, is now ready to introduce its new range of Ear Force gaming headsets. It has designed the Ear Force PX3 Programmable Wireless Stereo and the Z6A Multi-Speaker Surround Sound headsets for the PS3 and PC, respectively. These peripherals are developed for gaming enthusiasts who demand the best audio experience possible.
The PX3 is mainly for the PS3 and also compatible with Xbox 360, PC and Mac. Like its predecessor namely the PX5, this headset is preloaded with 18 interchangeable audio presets. It features Sonic Lens with Sound Field Expander that widens or narrows the aural content, making specific frequencies audible. The Ear Guard softens loud in-game sounds that are harmful for ears.
Embedded with an auxiliary input, it enables players to listen to their favorite music while gaming. The device sports a rechargeable battery pack that stays alive for over 10 hours and can be charged even in the midst of playing without interrupting the game. Additional stereo audio presets can be downloaded from the Turtle Beach website for easy installation into the PX3, giving gamers a more immersive and private audio.

The multi-speaker surround gaming headset dubbed Z6A is developed for the PC but has also been attuned to Xbox 360. It can be paired with the latter by using an optional cable kit which is available separately. Powered by a 5.1 channel amplifier with bass enhancement, the headset is a combination of good quality and great comfort for gamers.
It boasts of eight amplified speakers with dual subwoofers that deliver a crisp audio experience. The speakers are acoustically placed towards players’ ears to give a 3D positional accuracy for extending real-time in-game effects. The large ear cushions and the lightweight design make the Z6A more comfortable for long hour gaming sessions. Further, it’s USB connectivity makes the device suitable for LAN tournaments and gaming parties.
The Ear Force PX3 Programmable Wireless Stereo and the Z6A Multi-Speaker Surround Sound headsets will be available this summer. They will carry a price tag of 149.95 USD (approx. Rs. 6,718) and 99.95 USD (approx. Rs. 99.95), respectively.
