MSI, the motherboard and graphics card manufacturer has unveiled its first gaming series motherboards under the Intel P55 platform, dubbed the Big Bang series. The state-of-the-art gaming line draws its inspiration from the mighty Big Bang, and provides awe-inspiring graphics and audio functionality.
The first mainboard in the line-up is the Big Bang Trinergy, which is powered by the Nvidia nForce 200 SLI processor, and features QuantunWave audio processing with the latest THX TruStudio PC and Creative EAX Advanced HD 5.0. The motherboard offers gamers the capability of up to a triple graphics configuration, while the QuantumWave audio card delivers the fullest possible audio experience to go along with games.
The Big Bang Trinergy also packs cutting-edge 100 percent Hi-c Cap which helps in maximizing the performance of the system. The motherboard is equipped with an external O C Dashboard, which allows for easy over-clocking without interrupting a session. The O C Genie lets users over-clock their systems with the simple press of a button.
In addition, Big Bang Fuzion the upcoming motherboard will feature the Lucid HYDRA engine which can support different GPUs in a single system, and thus will offer the first viable alternative to identical multi-GPU specific solutions. The Big Bang Fuzion is to be revealed before the end of 2009.
