Sparkle Launches GeForce GTS250 Low Profile Graphics Card

Sparkle Computer is a professional VGA card manufacturer and supplier. Now we have word that Sparkle has introduced the Sparkle GeForce GTS250 Low Profile Graphics Card, which is the world’s first low profile graphics card, based on the GeForce GTS250 graphics chip. It is said to provide powerful 3D performance and a great home theater experience to HTPC enthusiasts.

Completely employing a low profile design, the PCB height of the Sparkle GeForce GTS250 Low Profile Graphics Card is 6 cm. This is just half the height of ordinary graphics cards with full profile design. Thus it is ideally suited for home theater PC enthusiasts.

The graphics card from Sparkle can not only easily deal with the HD video playback and DX10 gaming demand from HTPC users, but it also can meet the requirements from SSF, mini-chassis and industry PCs which demand a compact and practical graphics card.

The Sparkle GeForce GTS250 Low Profile Graphics Card features 1 GB DDR3 / 512 MB GDDR3 memory and passes the 3D Mark Vantage High Test. It has a 256-bit interface and 128 stream processors, while its stream processor clock runs at 1500 MHz. It also has a PCI Express 2.0 bus and its core clock is run at 600 MHz.

The low profile graphics card is equipped with a dual six pin power supply, and all solid capacitors with lower power loss. It also features native HDMI support on PCB, and a specially equipped heat sink to cool the MOS circuit and memory. The card even supports Nvidia PhysX, Nvidia Cuda technology and offers full Microsoft DirectX 10 support.
