Nintendo has revealed its entire summer schedule for the Wii, DS and DSi. Super Mario Galaxy 2 and Sin and Punishment: Successor of the Skies will make their way over the Wii, while Rooms: The Main Building and WarioWare: Do It Yourself are coming for the Nintendo DS family.
In June, Super Mario Galaxy 2 will launch for the Wii, building upon the 3D platforming and gravity-defying action of the first game. It will have completely new galaxies, puzzles and features. Mario can pair up with Yoshi when this game releases across Europe on June 11, 2010.
Sin and Punishment: Successor of the Skies for the Wii comes to Europe on May 7, 2010, bringing action at 60 fps with 2 playable characters and international online leaderboards. It has been tailored to be played on different controller configurations.
Monster Hunter Tri will release for the Wii this month across Europe. Humans and monsters co-exist in the game’s living, breathing ecosystem of a world. The game is compatible with Wii speak allowing players to hunt more effectively in groups with their friends. It will be released on April 23, 2010.
Also in the line-up for the Wii is the result of a partnership between Nintendo and Tecmo Koei, a title called Samurai Warriors 3 which will be published by Nintendo. The game features an innovative new game mode plus a totally new storyline. It also introduces new characters, and battlefield strategy and tactics into the mix. Samurai Warriors 3 is set to launch across Europe on May 28, 2010.
For the DS, Nintendo will release Rooms: The Main Building on June 4, 2010 in Europe. It will have around 90 sliding puzzles, and each level will need players to strategically navigate their character to the exit. Players must escape each level to uncover a mystery contained in the game.
Jam with the Band is a game for the entire Nintendo DS family which immerses players in a portable music experience. Players can jam with up to 7 other DS owners, as the game has a selection of popular songs from classics like ‘ABC’ to more contemporary hits. Jam with the Band will come to Europe on May 21, 2010.
WarioWare: Do It Yourself is a game for the DS family containing over a hundred microgames. Players can even create and share their own microgames. WarioWare: Do It Yourself Showcase is a WiiWare game with 70 microgames, allowing players to transfer microgames from DS to Wii. Both will be released on April 30, 2010.
