Games are a Worse Influence than Porn, says Porn Star Ron Jeremy

At the Las Vegas Convention Center and the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) Friday, porn star Ron Jeremy was orally fixated, in a debate in which he talks about pornography and the internet, and which boiled over to video games. According to PC Magazine, Jeremy told the audience that even if a kid happens to come across porn over the internet today, it is not half as bad as other influences out there, like video games.

Games more Damaging to Kids than Porn: Ron Jeremy

Ron Jeremy and Craig Gross, an anti-pornography media activist, went up against each other in “The Great Porn Debate”. Jeremy firmly asserted that the industry only caters to people 18 years of age and above. “We don’t want kids to watch porn,” he said, and noted, “[Studies have] found that violent video games are much bigger a negative influence on kids.”

Gross countered by saying that though the porn industry might not be targeting children, the internet has made adult content nearly ubiquitous off late.
