It appears that the sale has commenced well before time as compared to the past years. Players can take advantage of the Gifting functionality provided by Steam this holiday season. They are offered up to 80% discount on selected games. There are also exclusive daily and week-long specials provided to gamers. All this is part of the holiday promotion sales.
Gamers and shoppers alike will be spoiled with choice as Steam is packed with more than 1,000 games. Everyday there is something new to espy complete with a great offer and discount attached to it. Today, Mirror’s Edge and Defense Grid: The Awakening sport 75% off each while Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising and S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl bear a 50% and 90% off respectively.
The Steam Holiday Sale is however only available until Sunday January 3, 2010.
