Yesterday we had reported about Sony Computer Entertainment Europe and how they had clarified about the reports on issues with first party studios. They even spoke about Heavenly Sword 2 cancellation rumors. Now developers of Heavenly Sword, Ninja Theory, have explained that they too do not have any issues with Sony.
Nina Kristensen is the co-founder of Ninja Theory. She spoke to CVG and explained, “We get along just fine with Sony. It is true that we’re moving though. We move mid July and have been planning it for the best part of a year, there’s nothing nefarious about it. We are excited about the move, our new premises are considerably bigger and in an excellent location near the town centre.”
However, Ninja Theory did not say anything about the Heavenly Sword sequel and whether it was cancelled, the reason being that it was something that Sony Cambridge was working on. Well, lets hope that Heavenly Sword 2 is not canceled as many PS3 gamers would be disappointed.
