Halo Infinite Gets Live-Action Trailer Ahead Of Campaign Release

Halo Infinite

Players are already engaged in Halo Infinite’s multiplayer beta but in the meantime, Microsoft has dropped a new live-action trailer for the game. This applies to the campaign edition that is set to hit the market on December 8.

“Throughout human history, heroes have risen when called upon. The Master Chief carries each act of bravery with him into his most challenging battle yet. We’ve always believed in heroes, it’s time to become one,” says the video description.

November 15 was when Microsoft surprised fans by announcing the launch of the Halo Infinite multiplayer’s open beta. This part of the game is and will be accessible to everyone free of cost on the Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.

Season 1 of the multiplayer portion is supposed to last until May next year. The second season will see campaign co-op and Forge modes being added into the mix. Players have access to all its maps, the battle pass, and core modes. Their multiplayer progress will carry over to the full release, of course.

Halo Infinite was actually supposed to launch along with the Xbox Series X/S but had gotten delayed mainly due to the fan backlash that its gameplay trailer was met with. The video featured pretty lacklustre visuals that became subjects of many a meme on the internet.

The sixth main entry to the extremely popular series will continue telling the story of Master Chief, following events that transpired in 2015’s Halo 5: Guardians. It will feature a semi-open world structure that will allow players to freely explore parts of the setting.

Halo Infinite can be pre-ordered right now for the Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and PC. As we said, it will be released on December 8.
