Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 to Hit Stores this November

For the past few weeks, the gaming terrain has been engulfed with rumors about the next Modern Warfare chapter in the Call of Duty franchise. Although all of the title’s promotion has been steered by its official Facebook page until now, it recently received an official confirmation as Activision revealed a release date for the game. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 will be out this November, unleashing what has been referred to as a global warfare on the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.

The official Call of Duty website is now hosting the first Modern Warfare 3 trailer, extending insights into the game. Throughout this video, the upcoming title portrays a conflict situation across various countries including the USA, France, Germany and England. Developed in the labs of Infinity Ward and Sledgehammer Games, it will narrate a series of events which take place after MW2. However, no official word about the plot is out yet.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 has been slated to launch on November 8, 2011. It can be pre-ordered now via GameStop, Amazon and Walmart across the US for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC at the price of 59.99 USD (approx. Rs. 2,722).
