BioShock 2 gets Extensive Downloadable Content next month

BioShock 2 is a first-person shooter game fashioned for the Xbox 360, PS3 and Microsoft Windows. Earlier this month we also reported that the 2007 sequel made its way into stores all across the globe. Now 2K Games discloses that it will extend the single and multiplayer experiences by revealing new DLC for BioShock 2. This offering will begin with the inclusion of the Sinclair Solutions Test Pack.

“The fans who waited in the snow, rain and cold for the midnight launch of BioShock 2 have spoken and their message is that Rapture still has many fascinating stories to tell. Downloadable content is a key part of our efforts to continue to entice the fans that have made 2K a household name – we intend to deliver single and multiplayer content that respects and expands upon one of the greatest fictional worlds ever created,” commentated Christoph Hartmann, president of 2K.

The Sinclair Solutions Test Pack is noted to be the first of many downloadable packages that are planned by the company. The offering comprises of various customization features which further enhance their character’s development in the game. The pack also offers Rank Increase to level 50 complete with Rank Rewards. Players can also take advantage of new playable characters namely Louie McGraff and Oscar Calraca and a third weapon upgrade for each weapon. Some items like the 20 new trials and five additional masks can be acquired only after gamers reach a rank of 41 or higher.

The Sinclair Solutions Test Pack is expected to hit the scene this March and can be brought from the Xbox Live Marketplace for 400 Microsoft Points and the PlayStation Network for £3.19 (approx. Rs.227).
