As you all know, we had received a Halo 3 Limited Edition, which arrived in a damaged condition. We also got in touch with Mr. Mohit Anand, who is the Country Manager of the Entertainment and Devices Division at Microsoft India regarding the same.
Today afternoon at about 2.45 pm, we received a package that was covered in brown paper. Initially we thought it is a product sent to us for a review. But to our surprise, when we unwrapped it, what do we find? A brand new Halo 3 Limited Edition!!! Yes, as you can make out from the pictures, it is a brand new copy indeed. Many thanks to Mr. Anand and Vivek Kulkarni, the Xbox 360 product manager, who’s name appeared on the main courier cover.
It was delivered to us in just one day of the entire issue, which is quite a big task in India, where customer service is not that good. We surely commend Microsoft India and hope that all the other consumers also receive such customer service and I am quite sure that they must be getting it!
