Midway Games has sent word that the demo of their highly anticipated World War II FPS title, Hour of Victory will be available for the first time next week via Xbox Live Marketplace. It will be an exciting single-player teaser demo that will give gamers a preview of the game.
The demo version of Hour of Victory will let gamers play the rugged North African level. They will be able to play as one of the three characters in the game, the Covert Operative, specializing in stealth and sabotage; a British Commando specializing in the guns-blazing frontal assault; or an Army Ranger who specializes in sniping and demolitions. The game basically focuses on the crucial and cinematic battles from the European and North African theaters of World War II.
Hour of Victory is being developed by nFusion using the powerful Unreal Engine 3.0. Midway will publish the game exclusively for the Xbox 360 in June 2007. The demo will be up on Xbox live on Wednesday, May 30, 2007. We had uploaded a trailer about the game. Click here to head there.
