It is 2007 and the year seems to go even worse for Sony. There are rumors flying around the internet that Konami has cancelled the first person shooter Coded Arms: Assault for the PS3.
Coded Arms: Assault lets gamers take the role of a hacker who goes into a virtual world in an effort to defeat an evil corporation bent on world chaos. The game is powered by the Unreal 3 engine and was supposed to release in mid-2007. Konami has still not made any official announcement regarding the cancellation, but the Konami website still asserts that the game will release in 2007. A PSP version was also being made, however no news whether that is cancelled too. Keep watching this space for more updates on the Coded Arms: Assault ‘alleged’ cancellation.
