A sweet Batman and Wonder Woman statue is the highlight of the Injustice: Gods Among Us Collector’s Edition which is to be dished out along with the standard version of this game on its release date which will fall in April 2013. This exclusive edition will feature different contents in its UK and North American versions, with the figurines too having distinct moldings for both regions. It will be made available for the PS3 and the Xbox 360, but not for the Wii U.
In the UK, the Collector’s Edition will come equipped with the 25cm statue that can be seen in the image above. Moreover, it will also comprise two issues of a new DC Comics series. The game disc will be packaged in exclusive Steelbook casing, while three in-game skins will be included as well. These will be based on the Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman designs from DC Comics’ The New 52 series.
The North American version on the other hand, will be accompanied by a different DC Collectibles statue (pictured below) that features Batman and Wonder Woman as well as the Fortress of Solitude and Superman’s escape ship from Krypton. This sculpture apparently stands over 13-inch tall, and is highlighted by a combination of injected and hand painted decoration.
The package will even consist of a special collector’s edition of a brand new DC Comics series alongside a digital download voucher of the DC Universe animated film, Justice League: Doom. Besides, the three exclusive skins from The New 52 series will be included as well.
The Injustice: Gods Among Us Collector’s Edition is slated to be released in North America at a price of 99.99 USD (approx. Rs. 5,265). Pricing for the UK version hasn’t been revealed as yet.
