WWE is one of the most followed sports entertainment franchises and video games based on wrestling have been very, very popular. Now THQ has stated that WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2008 demo will be available on the Xbox Live Marketplace for the Xbox 360.
Gamers who pre-order WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2008 will get a copy of the official game demo too. Also, they will receive retail exclusive gift-with-purchase promotions.

- The WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2008 playable demo for Xbox Live Marketplace will allow players to experience exhibition match play using the RAW, SmackDown and ECW arenas. Superstars Rey Mysterio, Bobby Lashley, Undertaker and Randy Orton are available for battle in either single player or two-player, head-to-head gameplay. Throughout the demo, players can sample several of the game’s new features, including Superstar Fighting Styles and the Struggle Submission System.
WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2008 is expected to come out for the PS2, PS3, PSP, Nintendo DS, Wii and Xbox 360, later this year. Oh yes, the WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2008 demo will be up on Xbox Live on October 15, 2007.
