One of the most successful XBLA games of all time, Trials Evolution is all set to receive some new content in the form of the Origin of Pain DLC which will be released later this year. Moreover, a PC version of the title has also been revealed. Dubbed Gold Edition, it slated to come out in early 2013, and will contain the original Trials HD as well.
With a tagline that goes ‘prepare to get hurt,’ Origin of Pain seems to have been filled with difficult tracks, so gamers can expects lots of bail offs while they’re racing. According to Eurogamer, this DLC pack will delivers a total of thirty six fresh tracks as well as added skill games and tournaments, a new BMX bike and extra course editor objects.
Besides, a trailer released by Ubisoft has disclosed that the game will be coming to PC next year. It will be packaged in the form of the Gold Edition. The game will be optimized for PC, and will be accompanied by the PC version of the original Trials HD which was launched through Xbox Live in 2009. It has been confirmed that the latest title will come infused with all its core feature that include the its multiplayer, its track editing and sharing features and its online leaderboards.
The Origin of Pain DLC for Trials Evolution will hit Xbox Live later this year with its price tagged at 400 Microsoft Points. The Gold Edition on the other hand, will be arriving for PC in 2013.
