Need for Speed World Sets New Landmark, Five Million Gamers Registered

Given the widespread popularity of the NFS series, EA has more than just one reason to beam. After spotting three million drivers on its circuits in December last year, Need for Speed World has now reached yet another benchmark with over five million online registrations. Allowing gamers to race through intense environments, it is also said to unfurl socially-connected drives.

Encompassing the thrill of cop-evading rush and illicit street races, this NFS chapter features the popular Team Escape mode. While participating in these adrenaline pumping chases, gamers can drive trendy cars including the Corvette Z06, Lamborghini Murcielago and Nissan Skyline R34. The title renders a variety of exciting pursuits while spreading out the Team Escape mode, enabling gamers to outrun the law with a bunch of friends.

This Play4Free online PC title is expected to showcase the newly unveiled Audi A1 clubsport quattro. The car flaunts an attractive appearance and comes equipped with a classic Audi gasoline engine, a five-cylinder unit. Delivering a speed of 250 km/h, it also extends a six-speed manual transmission. Players can now acquire the Audi A1 clubsport quattro as a free in-game rental car until June 4.

Need for Speed World is now available free-of-cost for stretching out an action-packed driving experience. This installment in the series has been developed by EA BlackBox and EA Singapore.
