Race Driver: Grid, the TOCA Touring Car racing video game from Codemasters came to us in mid-2008. Now we have word that a premium Platinum version of the game, called Race Driver: Grid Reloaded, for the PS3 is scheduled to launch in UK and the PAL territories this week. The new release will add additional content to the racing game by including in the box codes which provide over 10 GBP worth of new DLC.
Race Driver: Grid Reloaded will come with two DLC codes. These will enable players to download the ‘Prestige’ and ‘8-ball’ packs, which add 18 cars, new multiplayer modes as well as circuits.
The new Prestige pack adds the Australian Bathurst circuit plus 10 of the most desirable cars including the Ferrari F430 GTC, the Bugatti Veyron, the Ferrari F575 GTC, the Mercedes SLR McLaren 722, the Lotus 2-Eleven, Lamborghini Gallardo GT, the Mazda Furai, the Jaguar XKR GT3, the Honda Integra Type-R (DC5) and the Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4.
Race Driver: Grid Reloaded will launch in the PAL territories on March 11, 2010 and is set for a UK street date of March 12, 2010. It will be available for a price of 24.99 GBP (approx. Rs. 1,721). The Prestige pack will also be available as separate DLC in the PAL territories and North America on the PlayStation Network for a price of 7.99 GBP (approx. Rs. 550) or 9.99 USD (approx. Rs. 455).
