Steve Rogers is back as the World War II superhero and no, we are not talking about the upcoming movie. Marvel recently announced on the PlayStation blog that Captain America will feature his very own pinball table DLC in ZEN Studios’ Marvel Pinball. He joins the all-star troupe of Spider-Man, Iron Man, Wolverine, Blade and the Fantastic Four in the game’s line-up of superhero tables.
Cap, along with Bucky and the Howling Commandos, must neutralize Baron Zemo’s Death Ray and the canisters of Adhesive X. The table which is inspired from Ed Brubaker’s Captain America 65th Anniversary Special, pits Cap against the Red Skull in the final battle for the Cosmic Cube. What’s more interesting is that the evil Nazi agent will be equipped with a jetpack this time.
While the Captain America DLC is currently available for Marvel Pinball on the PS3, Xbox 360 users can download it to as a part of Pinball FX 2 on Xbox Live.
