No Man’s Sky just got a huge update

Both the PC and PS4 versions of No Man’s Sky have just been blessed with a huge update. Hello Games has named this patch Path Finder, even as the developer hopes to make it better after the massive abandonment of the title that happened due to its various issues.

Firstly, this new No Man’s Sky update brings with it support for the PS4 Pro, which means you’ll now be able to enjoy the game in glorious 4K resolution as well as in HDR. Additionally, buggies or ground vehicles are also being introduced for traversing on the game’s massive landscapes.

What’s more is that there’s Steam Workshop integration finally, allowing PC gamers to easily share their works online. The promised multiplayer elements are also making themselves seen in this update, as there’s the facility to find and visit other players’ bases. You can moreover, even leave small messages for them.

The Path Finder update also brings with it a fresh Permadeath difficulty level for the Survival mode. And then there’s also a Photo Mode for cycling through the time of day, the weather and other options for a particular location. In addition, No Man’s Sky also brings several changes to the way ships and weapons work, among a number of other introductions like fresh traders and new base building content.
