Binary Domain gets Early 2012 Release Date, Gameplay Trailer

Back in December last year, Sega America and Sega Europe confirmed that Binary Domain was currently under development by their Japanese counterparts who were working in collaboration with Nagoshi. With us well within the confines of 2011, the company has reveals on its official Sega blog that the immersive squad-based shooter Binary Domain will unveil early next year. The premier gameplay trailer for the forthcoming title is also revealed for eager-beavers.

The action-packed trailer goes on to unfurl the story of Binary Domain. It portrays the suppression of human kind with the rise and evolution of machines. As heated battles roll out during the game, players are tasked with forming a bond of trust with their fellow team mates and not bogging down under pressure. They must also make real time decisions which will have aftereffects and respective consequences which will affect both future missions as well as the whole squad. Striving to put an end to the machine mayhem, gamers are transported to aid the humans in attain control of 2080 Tokyo once again.

Binary Domain is scheduled to unveil across the PS3 and Xbox 360 gaming consoles and slated to release early 2012. The company hasn’t yet divulged the exact pricing and availability details of the game.
