Now Batman: Arkham Asylum Game of the Year Edition for PS3 as well as Xbox 360 has hit Europe and other PAL territories. The game has been released with six extra Challenge Maps and TriOviz 3D technology.
The gameplay of the original boxed edition has been expanded by this new edition that features six previously launched DLC Challenge Maps on disc. It offers gamers an additional opportunity to fine-tune their combat skills as they fight it out against Arkham Asylum’s strongest inmates. The game is set in iconic environs like the crazy Scarecrow Nightmare and Crime Alley.
Batman: Arkham Asylum Game of the Year Edition accommodates TriOviz 3D on the PS3 and Xbox 360 units. This patented 3D process technology which maintains the familiar gameplay and color integrity, lets players immerse themselves in the game with the help of 3D glasses. The play-in-3D option is available for all standard and HD TV sets. There has been no clear mention regarding the pricing details for this new edition.
